Family Law

 A major area of practice for the firm is Family Law. The firm advises on the rights of individuals and also has extensive experience in litigation under various statutes for restitution of conjugal rights, judicial separation, divorce including through mutual consent, maintenance and various declarations, guardianship, appointment of guardian, enforcement of visitation rights, custody etc. The firm regularly appears before the Family Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court under inter alia, the Hindu Law, Christian Laws, Mohammedan Law, Special Marriage Act as well as the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
