Ayana's early stage advisory team is dedicated to providing commercial and value added legal advice and support to entrepreneurs, startups and early stage businesses. We understand the challenges of starting up, scaling and growing a new business and aim to deliver a spectrum of services to entrepreneurs in India looking to start their business. Our range of services include certifications of a business entity, venture capital and angel investment, IPR protection, legal compliance, advisory and procedural issues amongst others. Our firm provides legal support for start-ups right from the stage of incorporation of the entity, assisting in getting numerous regulative and statutory approvals needed for the business model, drafting the relevant legal agreements and business agreements with their vendors/partners and policies such as Terms of use, privacy policy, human resource policy, etc.
