Mahadevaswamy’s area of expertise lies primarily in the area of Criminal Law and Securities Law. Having over a decade of experience, he is well known for his intricate knowledge of criminal laws such as IPC, BNS, Negotiable Instruments Act, law regarding bails, Cyber Crimes, Motor Vehicles Act, NDPS, POCSO and crimes arising out of relationships. Further, he has successfully represented and handled several high profile cases pertaining to White Collar crimes, Prevention of Corruption Act and the Money Laundering Act. He has practised before various Courts and Tribunals and has represented clients before several High Courts across the country. His trial and advocacy skills have garnered him a significant reputation within the legal community.
