Vishnupriya is a BA.LLB.(Hons.) graduate from Alliance University, Bengaluru where she was awarded for academic excellence. Her proficiency in research and drafting has led her to significantly contribute towards the success of several high profile cases and various transactions. She has worked on a wide range of areas including IP and Technology law advisory and transfers, Corporate and Commercial transactions and advisory, Start-up advisory, Media and Entertainment advisory, Labour Law, NDPS, Consumer Law, Due Diligence, Civil and Criminal Law, Writs and PILs. Her keen interest in human rights, particularly women and child rights, have led her to assist in cases pertaining to Protection of Women from Domestic Violence and POCSO.
